How's our recruitment process?

1) Apply

Submit your application form, including a cover letter and uploading your CV. (Remember that you must be able to work legally in Spain by possessing either a European passport or an unrestricted Spanish work visa).

2) Video interview

If you are successful in Step 1, we will arrange a video interview with you. You don’t need to know anything about teaching; we’ll coach and train you. You just need a natural interest in helping others, and yourself, improve.

3) Training

If successful at the interview stage, we’ll invite you to train with us by video conference. You can train with us no matter where in the world you are.

4) Teaching

Once you've successfully completed our two-week training course, you can then start working for the most prestigious language company in Spain. You can either teach in one of our centers, or online wherever you are in Spain or Poland.
